My job is to help and guide clients on how to become their most Purposeful self through exercise, nutrition, habits modification and mindset work. A strong and capable body, along with a strong and capable mind, will always be a contributor to your success. And it's never too late to start working on your impact in the world.
Purposeful Fitness is the idea that Fitness should serve a purpose (duh!). As simple as that sounds, many people go to the gym mindlessly, or worse, just to check a box in their daily routine.
When I ask people what would they like to do with their fitness, most respond with "hmm I don't know". That shows me that we have lost the connection between fitness and life.
Not only being fit will allow you to do things better than you did them before (or do them at all if before you couldn't), but it can enhance anything you are working towards outside of the gym. Literally, anything.
