What is Individual Design?
Individual Design is a program that involves taking a person as a whole and creating a tailored structure of training, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle habits that takes your specific goals, problems and challenges in consideration when creating your next actionable steps.
Training alone can be a tough thing to navigate. There are so many different programs our there, and so many coaches that it can be difficult to find something that helps you achieve your specific goals while being the perfect amount of training for you. Nutrition coaching can also be an obstacle to overcome because most of the time it can’t target every goal one person has (since it usually involves some sort of physical capacity increase). And if you choose to work on both, then you will need to juggle two programs at once.
Now, enter Individual Design. A program that combines exercise and nutrition, in order to maximize each other, but also adds in education, mindset, lifestyle choices, accountability, support and much more. In one program you can get help in multiple areas of your life to achieve those fitness/health/life goals.

I can get a better picture of your life, your goals, your likes and dislikes, your relationships, your mentality, you weakness and all that matters if I can talk to you about fitness, food, habits. You will be going on this journey with a real person that really cares about you.
